Your company has a good handbook, but how does the employer enforce those policies without incurring legal liability? The word “misconduct” and understanding that the concept of misconduct under Texas law may have a different meaning that can affect how to discipline employees.  Finally, what is the importance of documentation and how will the employer’s actions protect the company when disciplining employees.  This workshop helps the business owner handle the difficult issues of discipline and termination.
