Your business has employee policies in a handbook that may be gathering dust on a shelf or maybe your policies are oral or in an email or you have an internet handbook. As an employer do you know the essentials for all handbooks? Will your handbook be in compliance with federal and state laws? Even one employee requires essential guidelines to help protect your business. This workshop will give you the essential information needed in a handbook and explain how to make an employee handbook work for your business in managing your workforce.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop. Only service animals allowed – If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time. If you chose to pay at the door, please add $20 to the registration fee.
