Your business likely has intellectual property to protect. This workshop will cover protecting the name of your business and your products, patenting inventions, protecting potential trade secrets such as customer lists and formulas, intellectual property clauses for employment agreements, and licensing intellectual property (in- and out-licensing). There are various strategies depending on your commercial goals and budget.

Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop. Only service animals allowed – If you need to bring a service animal with you to a workshop please contact us ahead of time. If you chose to pay at the door, please add $20 to the registration fee.
