Eligibility requirements:  

• Show potential for success: In business for at least two years and have the financial & technical capability to perform on contracts
• Socially Disadvantaged (in a minority group or due to cultural bias) 
• Economically Disadvantaged (personal net worth below $250K & personal assets cannot exceed $4M)
